If you already have another account, all you have to do to see someone else’s Instagram Stories without them knowing is add that account to Instagram and switch between the two.
Using an Instagram account that doesn’t automatically link you to you might be the best way to look at someone else’s Instagram Stories without being seen. But if the user in question has posted a lot of stories one after the other, the app probably hasn’t preloaded all of them, so not all of them will be viewable in airplane mode. Then, go back to the Instagram app and tap on the user’s stories. To try this, open the account’s profile in the Instagram app, then turn on airplane mode on your Android phone and iPhone.
